Shipping and Returns Policy

This is the primary customer service center and includes helpful information about shipping procedures and return policies. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we work with every customer to ensure that your equipment is delivered on time.


When you register with our online store you are given the opportunity to enter your primary shipping information. This will include the name of your courier and your courier account number.

This will be set as the primary shipping information for your purchases. As you proceed through the check-out you will be given the option to select your own courier account for that shipment.

If you do not have a courier and courier account number then you will select either Purolator or UPS in the check-out process.


Customers who do have their own courier account will be billed for shipping by their courier.

Those who do not have their own courier account will be billed for shipping charges in one of two ways:

• If we see that you selected money order as your payment method at check-out time then we will contact you by e-mail with the amount of shipping charges to be included in the total amount of your money order.
• If we see that you selected Paypal as your payment method at check-out time then we will invoice you for shipping charges through Paypal.

In both instances the shipping charges must be received and paid in full before we can begin processing your order.


Purchases will be shipped the following business day to those with their own courier account and who use Paypal as their payment method.

In rare instances, a customer who does not have a courier account will pay for a purchase through Paypal but then fail to pay for shipping charges. This customer will be invoiced for shipping charges a second time, fourteen [14] days after their initial purchase, through Paypal. If we do not receive payment for shipping within thirty [30] days of the purchase date then Johlin Measurement will reimburse that client's Paypal account and remove the order from our records.

If a customers sends a money order to Johlin Measurement for a value that is less than the purchase price plus the cost of shipping, then the customer will be notified by e-mail and that money order will be returned to the client. If the client then fails to pay the full amount for their items plus shipping costs within thirty [30] of the order then that order will be removed from our records.

If you feel the product just isn't right for your operation, simply call the number above to arrange a return within thirty [30] days. Restocking and return shipping charges may apply.
