Shipping InformationWhen you register with our online store you are given the opportunity to enter your primary shipping information. This will include the name of your courier and your courier account number. This will be set as the primary shipping information for your purchases. As you proceed through the check-out you will be given the option to select your own courier account for that shipment. If you do not have a courier and courier account number then you will select either Purolator or UPS in the check-out process. Payment for ShippingCustomers who do have their own courier account will be billed for shipping by their courier. If a customers sends a money order to Johlin Measurement for a value that is less than the purchase price plus the cost of shipping, then the customer will be notified by e-mail and that money order will be returned to the client. If the client then fails to pay the full amount for their items plus shipping costs within thirty [30] of the order then that order will be removed from our records. Product ReturnsJohlin Measurement has a thirty [30] day risk free policy and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
