A rugged, high copper composition alloy case houses the polypropylene measuring chamber and the measuring element.
For liquids that attack standard bronze, this case is subjected to pre-treatments, plated with electroless nickel and finished with a hi-tech sealer.
This meter can be removed from the main case without pulling the meter from the line. The chamber housing is constructed in two parts which allows access to the impeller.
Rugged construction and generous operating clearances provide high accuracy, even with small-sized debris in the liquid.
A sturdy inlet strainer protects the measuring element from larger bits of debris.
A reliable magnetic drive provides linkage between the measurement element and the sealed register. Only one moving part is exposed to the metered liquid. |
